All songs are AI generated covers of human created original works, unless otherwise noted in the specific song information. All songs were originally written by NMH Music — both music and lyrics are original NMH works, unless otherwise noted on the specific song page.

The songs are either recorded by NMH with guitar and vocals, or are recordings from previously produced projects for which NMH wrote the pieces. AI was then used to produce covers of those original recordings, which were further edited and prepared for release.

Why AI

Time, money, and artistic freedom

While NMH would prefer to work the old fashioned way, one song can take weeks or even months to finish, typically costs $5,000 or more, and often doesn't turn out the way the artist really wants. For now, due to time, money, and artistic compatibility, AI is the better choice for production.

NMH has written songs in various genres, and AI makes it easy to experiment with different styles using the same original source music. It's been a lot of fun.

Origins

Spanning decades

The original dates for some of these songs go all the way back to the mid-1990s, spanning all the way to today. Some are a mixture of old and new ideas. All NMH music is inspired by real life experiences.

First release

Three songs to start

NMH is starting off with the release of various versions of three songs: The Sacrifice , The Prayer, and Rod & Dawn.

The Sacrifice is what inspired NMH to consider releasing music publicly again. The Prayer was just a bit of fun thought up while doing chores. Rod & Dawn is an old song that has evolved over the years and is dedicated to the grandparents of NMH.
